What we build
- Extensions More space, done properly.
- Renovations & Refurbishments Whether it is one tired room or a full renovation, we work with what your house already is and bring it up to how you want to live in it.
- Structural Alterations Removing a wall, opening a floor, or changing how a building carries its own weight is not a job to guess at.
- Kitchens & Bathrooms Kitchens and bathrooms take the most punishment in any house, and they are the rooms people notice first.
- Brickwork & Blockwork Brickwork is where the building side of CCC started, and it still runs through everything we do — new walls and repairs, and old brick matched honestly rather than papered over.
- Joinery & Carpentry This side of CCC came from Radcliffe Joinery, joining the building team under one roof.
- Hardscaping & Landscaping Outdoor work built like the house it belongs to.
- Loft Conversions The space is already there.
- Plumbing & Underfloor Heating Plumbing is where the building side of CCC started, and it still runs through every extension, kitchen and bathroom job we do.

“Tom & Shane completed our extension November 2025 & they were both a pleasure to have working at the house. Their workmanship & knowledge is exceptional and made our build perfect for me & the family. All of Tom & Shane’s contractors were polite, clean & tidy and were also a pleasure to have working on the house. We would not hesitate to have them back. I have booked them in for early 2027 to carry out further works in our house.”
